3 Place View holiday cottage is an immaculately presented 3 bedroom Victorian cottage in the heart of the historic port of Fowey, sleeping up to 8 (4 adults and 4 children).

Located just 100 Metres from the centre of Fowey but still completely secluded down a no through road just up from the main esplanade, 3 Place View has wonderful views of Fowey and the Fowey estuary

Recently completely renovated 3 place view holiday cottage consists of 3 double bedrooms, one of which is en-suite and the other consisting of a bunk room which has both a bunk bed a single bed and a pull out truckle bed.Upstairs there is a family bathroom followed by further stairs leading into an open plan Kitchen, Dining room and Sitting room, with wonderful views out of the bay window onto the beautiful River Fowey.Up further stairs there is another double bedroom with more views of the River.

The house is completely renovated to a very high standard and has wifi and BT open vision, washer, dryer, microwave and dishwasher.
